We are looking for a Salesforce Admin who is a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform.
The Salesforce Admin should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce systems including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
The Salesforce Admin should be comfortable researching, testing, and collaborating with others to resolve difficult issues and then communicating results and deploying fix.

Essential Functions:
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems Setup queues and list views Sandbox refresh management Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimal performance Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, and groups Using Data Loader or other import method to bulk load data Building custom reports and dashboards and custom report types Researching and installing new Salesforce releases Research and develop solutions for business improvements Knowledge object support and the documenting Admin and Business processes Preparing reports for sales and other departments Install, setup, and updating of 3 rd party apps from App Exchange Understand user management including setup of new user setup/ deactivation and role hierarchy Work within an Agile methodology environment to gather requirement, groom stories, help write stories, test, demo, and deploy work from sandbox to Production environments Participate in deploying work into Production environment using change sets or other methods Work out of a queue to complete end user Case requests Understanding of multifactor authentication Create and troubleshoot Email Alerts, Email Templates, Flows Work within a SF Lightning environment but understand when it is needed to switch to Classic Help support of portal/ Community environments - add users, log in, or edit the environment Be able to setup page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, picklists, record types, validation rules Understanding object management:
Master detail, Lookup, Junction object and related list Be able to help business support apps like Pardot, Distribution Engine, or other 3 rd party apps
Qualifications:
Education:
BS in Computer Science or related major preferred.

Experience:
o3-5 years of Salesforce experience o3-5 years of experience working with development teams oPossess strong ability to tackle complex problems creatively, manage risk and influence rapid decision-making oTeam player and works well in large group environments oHighly driven and motivated with a high level of initiative oSalesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification required.
