This position is the first line of contact for customers with LED electronic issues and will provide website navigational support to valued customers.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the application, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical / lighting systems.
This is a full-time position located in Earth City, MO.
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday working 8:
00 AM to 4:
30 PM.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process inbound customer calls, chats, and email inquiries Diagnose customer issues through process of elimination by asking probing questions Provide technical support for a wide range of LED products Provide easily understood solutions adapted to the customers' situation Suggest new content for knowledge base to increase customer self service Document issues appropriately based on existing guidelines Make product recommendations to provide a solution for customer needs
Qualifications:
Strong customer service background Understanding of electronics and lighting concepts Experience helping customers troubleshoot by phone Experience communicating with customers both verbally and in written form Attention to detail, dependability, concern for others, and customer focus Basic computer knowledge Familiarity with eCommerce sites and ability to navigate them
