Identify, diagnose, prioritize, respond, and solve IT problems (networking, telephony, infrastructure, and specialized technologies) to maintain operations.
Responds to email or chat messages for employees seeking help.
Walks employees through problem-solving process.
Follow up with employees to ensure issue(s) were resolved.
Responsible for Laptop maintenance and repair for HP, Acer, Asus, and Lenovo business class laptops.
Hardware research and deployment (laptops, tablets, voip phones).
Researching, purchasing, and testing new hardware to meet the needs of employees.
Qualifications Interest in a desktop computing support environment.
Proficiency in the following software administration:
Office 365, O365 Administration and Teams administration.
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Apple iOS, and Android.
Proficiency in basic network support and troubleshooting (WAN, lAN, VPN).
Working knowledge of CentOS 7 cloud server Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage time well and organize themselves for success.
Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
Able to work in a fast-past environment.
