04 an hour Beltservice Corporation has an immediate opening for a People & Culture Associate who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of payroll processes while assisting in the sourcing, attracting, and hiring of top talent.
You will collaborate with various departments to execute payroll operations, understand their staffing needs, and assist with recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Input and verify employee timekeeping data, including leaves, overtime, and absences.
Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
Collaborate with finance and accounting to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance.
Recruitment Collaborate with internal partners to understand staffing needs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the selection process.
Extend offers of employment and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including payroll information and recruitment data.
Generate reports related to recruitment metrics, payroll expenses, and other HR analytics as needed.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline preferred.
1 year of experience in recruitment or HR clerical responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment; experience in IPS/Inova preferred but not required.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of employment laws and the value of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in an organization.
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
