Summary:
Archimedes is a rapidly growing leader in the specialty drug benefit management space.
We are looking for Member Services Representatives to work onsite in our Earth City, MO office.
This position is responsible for delivering excellent service to members utilizing processes and technology within a call center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Ensures all customers receive an excellent level of customer service.
Handling front-line inbound and outbound member calls, with the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of Archimedes' services and customer needs.
Follows established procedures, processes, and standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer-service.
Meets performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.
This is an in office position.
Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
Healthcare call center experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering excellent service in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment (excluding home healthcare).
Analytical - Can analyze a situation and understand quickly what the implications are to other groups within Archimedes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
