This is a full-time position located in Earth City, MO working 8:
00am to 4:
30pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries via email, phone, and chat Listen to customer queries patiently and solve Respond to customers' problems promptly Place phone orders for customers Assist in preparing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) Coordinate internally to find solutions and resolve matters
Qualifications:
High school diploma Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures Computer proficient Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good listening skills Attention to detail
