As a Customer Service Rep, you'll play a vital role in understanding our customers' needs and communicating them to the rest of our team.

Responsibilities:
Assist callers with solutions regarding moving and portable storage, pricing, services, and merchandise.
Quickly follow up on inbound online quote requests for excellent local customer service and business growth.
Enter reservations and maintain an accurate customer information database for scheduling, estimates, and billing purposes.
Communicate and coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Call on potential residential and commercial clients to promote our services.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problem-solving, promoting the UNITS brand.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Work on a team and independently.
Ability to prioritize and multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities Job Type:
