## Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and direct the activities to effectively manage and own electronic service fixed price projects in the Operations Department.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Establishing and maintaining point of contact on assigned projects
Coordinate delivery of installation documents & drawings
Ordering all equipment & materials for the project, including processing equipment returns
Coordinate delivery of equipment to the job site
Assist in the scheduling of in house technicians
Assist in the scheduling of sub-contractors for sub-contractor installed projects
Timely invoicing of projects
Coordinate delivery of close-out documents
Coordination of Permitting Process
Creation of purchase orders for third party material and subcontractors
Procurement and verification of project schedules
Tracking of project RFI''s, change orders and other pertinent documentation
AutoCAD skill would be considered an added skill
Nicet certification in the Fire Alarm field would be considered an added skill
## Qualifications
1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Associates Degree preferred
3. 3 to 5 years related Fire Alarm, Security, or other Low Voltage experience
4. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, EXCEL, Power Point
5 .Knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project, Suretrac, etc)
6.Valid driver''s license with a good driving record
Requirements:
1. Pass a criminal background check
2. Pass a drug screen test
3. Be able to demonstrate the following:
a. Team Participation & Willingness to Help Others Succeed
b. Written Communication Skills/ Presentation Skills/Customer Service Skills
