Specific responsibilities include: o Support in the development and delivery of the CBSS servicing digital roadmap with a focus on mobile while including online, text/email, telephony and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. o Analysis, design, and testing in support of business and technology improvements from planning through implementation in an agile environment to support the following capabilities: customer communications, payments, statements & documents, default, and portal solutions. o Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of business's current technology and USB on-line capabilities and roadmap along with supporting and leading future technology capabilities. o Develops an on-going support model to ensure on-going availability and support for the digital solution(s) o Frequently interfaces with business lines, including management, and/or internal resources to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project/release work. o Works with technology and application development teams to design or select solutions that appropriately meet the business needs for large and complex projects. o Reviews and coordinates execution of automated test plans while looking for opportunities to improve testing process. Position is responsible for supporting the implementation of the digital strategy to support CBSS Servicing. The digital strategic roadmap for CBSS Servicing focuses on mobile while including online, text/email, telephony and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Overall capabilities covered include: customer communications, account management, payments, default, and Responsive Web solutions. Technical scope spans technology platforms ranging from Mainframe systems, Mobile Technologies, On-line, imaging, middleware, and ETL toolsets. Successful applicants will exemplify US Bank's ethical principles of uncompromising integrity, respect for others, accountability for decisions and actions, and good citizenship.   Qualifications     Basic Qualifications   -Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience -At least 6 years experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.   Preferred Skills/Experience Extensive experience in: o On-line and mobile implementations o Information management o Agile software development o IT project management o System analysis o System testing with experience in test automation o IT standards, procedures, policy o Business assessment o Mortgage and Consumer Servicing experience a plus Subject matter expert in: o Requirements analysis with knowledge of test driven requirements o Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and within technology and business o Excellent facilitation skills with business users, business leaders, technology peers and outsourced resources o Self-motivated and takes ownership and accountability for results o Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills preferred o Must be an independent, self-starting team player and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment o Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced analysts and collaborate with internal and external teams o Ability to work in a matrix environment across multiple projects and technologies o Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean concepts a plus o Knowledge of the TFS system and agile backlog and tracking a plus   180036689

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
