ob Responsibilities and Accountabilities   o Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, and geographies to realize procurement goals and objectives while driving organizational initiatives. o Responsible and accountable to business stakeholders to deliver supplier sourcing strategies to support business priorities and ensure clear goods or service specifications.  o Explore and evaluate current and new supplier options. o Develop and implement strategies that optimize total cost of ownership year-over-year for assigned spend categories. o Develop and implement category sourcing strategies and interact with buyers to ensure implementation and execution of project ideas. o Manage effective and efficient Sourcing (RFx) events for responsible categories. o Develop negotiation strategies that achieve stated goals and objectives securing advantageous pricing, terms and conditions. o Manage supplier development/relationships to ensure continuity of good and services that meet the quality, service and price performance standards of the company. o Work with internal stakeholders to monitor contract compliance. o Recognized leader in Procurement that mentors other growing Procurement professionals. o Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services. o Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries. o Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses, improve impact, and drive stakeholder engagement. o Monitor and respond to alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. o Monitor and manage unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare contingency strategies. Minimum Requirements     Job Requirements: o Bachelor's Degree required.  A degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field preferred. o Experience and demonstrated capability as a Sourcing/Category Manager, >5 years of increasing responsibility within Sourcing or Procurement roles. o Good written and verbal communication skills. o Proven experience in creating and making management and sales presentations. o Possess high degree of initiative, creative, innovative, proactive skills and abilities.  o Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels of the company and in the business community. o Good project management, leadership, and supervisory skills. o High level of analytical and financial skills. o Possess the ability to create and make management presentations. o Understanding of manufacturing cost structures. o Experience in negotiating contracts. o Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office. rovided 2421

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
