We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status, among other factors.   U.S. Bank is seeking an effective Technical Communications Consultant with solid analysis experience and technical acumen to contribute toward the success of our production and operational initiatives. Under general supervision is responsible for the content and the accuracy of production and operational business line process and procedural documentation, ensures that documentation style adheres to Process and Procedure standards.  Is an experienced and proficient technical writer with excellent writing skills.  Uses a thorough understanding of business line job functionality to develop and maintain user manuals, reference manuals and other required systems documentation. Possesses a thorough knowledge of personal computers and personal computer-basedtools for developing procedural documentation and departmental/divisional communications and presentations.  Must possess strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Prepares and maintains production and operational business line process and procedural documentation, including user manuals and reference manuals.  Maintains a current internaldocumentation library.  Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.  Maintains current production and operational business line process and procedural documentation in the documentation library. 2.  Writes and develops authoritative documents to support consistent implementation and ongoing execution against policy requirements, describing 'how' employees should execute their duties. 3.  Facilitates collaboration with Business Line Process Owners/Subject Matter Experts,Risk and Compliance, and other as required to accurately document procedural documentation. 4.  Reviews all business line process and procedural documentation including user manuals and reference manuals for accuracy and completeness. 5.  Maintains accurate records of changes to all business line process and procedural documentation, including user manuals and reference manuals to ensure they are up todate. 6.  Provides or coordinates special documentation services when required. 7.  Assists staff in complying with documentation standards. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
